Mark Chapman is a successful entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses from Broken Arrow, bringing real-world experience, not career politician talking points, to the Capitol. He currently owns and operates one of the leading new and used professional video equipment dealers in the US. He is also a real estate investor. Mark and his wife, Brenda, have been married for 40 years. Brenda is also a business owner, specializing in decorative fake foods & beverages. Mark and Brenda believe in helping other business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. They enjoy sharing what they've learned throughout their careers to help others to purposefully grow their businesses. The Chapmans have three married children and seven grandchildren. In addition to their business ventures, Mark and Brenda enjoy spending time with their family.

My first year I authored or co-authored over 20 bills including:

Backing the Blue — Strengthened retirement for police and troopers; equipped rural law enforcement with surplus patrol vehicles (HB 1739, HB 2724)

Defending Election Integrity — Required city and school board candidates to be qualified voters (HB 3787)

Protecting Your Electric Bill — Stopped Big Tech data centers from passing costs to your family (HB 2992)

Fighting to Lower Your Property Taxes — Co-authored the constitutional amendment to lower the cap on property tax increases — now headed to a vote of the people (SJR 39)
